1. Broker Assistant
Job Content:
1. Learn shipping freight rules, shipping companies and routes and other shipping knowledge;
2. Learn the charter negotiation of dry bulk cargo transportation; learn how to develop domestic and foreign renters and shipowners;
3. Develop local customers in Indonesia (renters and owner), pallet tracking, etc;
4. Manage freight rates, update route dynamics and pallet dynamics;
5. Other related work matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in International Shipping Management / Maritime Law / English and related shipping is preferred,
2. Proficient in Indonesian and English, If you have Chinese skills is preferred,
3. Familiar with international shipping terms, international trade practices and international shipping regulations,
4. Practical work experience in bulk cargo shipping is preferred,
5. Good conduct, strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, social initiative, strong team spirit and learning and exploration spirit.
 
2.Broker
Job Content:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of local and other potential customer resources,
2. Responsible for the negotiation and review of charter contract, contract execution and operation coordination,
3. Follow up the ship date and the arrival situation of the goods, contact the ship, sign the transport contract, and assist in handling the disputes between the carrier and the shipper,
4. Review and sort out the original records of transportation contract, documents, records in port, and E-mail,
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Have 1-2 years or more working experience in bulk dry bulk cargo, and have excellent experience in collecting cargo and ordering cargo in broker company and op company,
2. Fully understand and be familiar with cargo and ship resources, familiar with shipping routes and cargo types, familiar with international shipping terms, international trade practices and international shipping laws and regulations; shipping experience is preferred,
3. Many large renters, big ship owners and BROKER resources are preferred,
4. Proficient in Indonesian and English, fluent in English, able to send formal email, Proficient in Chinese is preferred,
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, serious working attitude, willing to pay for the team and good professional ethics.
 
3.Ship Agency
Job Content:
1.Updating vessel locations (Time arrival, departure, berthing.) to buyers, ship owners and shippers,consignee,charterer.Provide and distribute vessel daily report update to related Dept. (Marine, Technical, Purchasing, Logistic) ,
2.Follow up for every incoming request from charterer,owner,shipper or consignee, Ensuring each vessel comply with charterer requirement ,
3.Handle port call formalities, Ensuring logistic supply are timely manner (Bunker, fresh water),
4.Collecting cargo document and checeking for each voyage ,
5.Process payments to vendors for every invoices related to ship operations activity. 
Job Requirements 
1.Minimum 2 years working experience as shipping agency operation for international bulk carrier shipments; 
2.Possess good communication and negotiation skills; 
3. Proficient in Indonesian and English, fluent in English, able to send formal email, Proficient in Chinese is best ;
4.Proficient in using Microsoft Office package ;
5.Responsible and able to work outside of business hour ;
6.Independent and strong interpersonal skills ;
7.Willing to travel if required.
